Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Experience:

0–2 years of experience in HR, talent acquisition, or related internships.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Good organizational and documentation skills.
  • Comfortable working with HRIS tools and MS Office.
