Role Overview

Qualifications

Education:

Experience:

0–2 years of experience in IT support or service desk roles.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Understanding of operating systems, networks, and basic troubleshooting.
  • Customer-service mindset with strong communication skills.
  • Ability to document issues and solutions clearly.
